Tunisia coach Mondher Kebaier has announced his 26-man squad for the upcoming 2021 World Cup in Africa against Tanzania.
Zamalek defender Ferjani Sassi and Ali Ahly full-back Ali Maaloul, who will close horns in the Champions League CAF final later this match, are among those called up. Kebaier also addressed Youssef Msakni, Wahbi Khazri and Nabil Makni as his attack.
AEK Athens defender Nassim Hnid was recalled before testing positive for COVID-19, and was replaced by Etoile du Sahel’s Saddam Ben Aziza.
Le Havre defender Ayman Ben Mohamed, who has twice won the Champions League alongside Esperance, also joined the list.
Carthage Eagles play Tanzania at the Olympic Stadium Hamadi Agrebi in Tades on November 13, before closing horns again in Dar es Salaam four days later.
Tunisia is sixth over Group J, Tanzania and Libya follow with three points each, while Equatorial Guinea are goalless.
