Tunis/Tunisia — The Health Ministry on Saturday reported 1615 more cases of infection and 86 additional death on April 30.
This takes overall fatality numbers to 10808, since the spread of the pandemic.
According to a statement from the department, 6411 tests have been carried out at the same date, bringing the total number of tests performed since the outbreak to 1,319,328.
According to the daily report of the Ministry, recoveries stood at 1595 on April 30, while their total number is 261,552.
Some 2,758 patients are still hospitalised in public and private health facilities, including 518 in intensive care and 159 put on ventillators.
