Reported deaths in Africa reached 251,150 and 10,466,378 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,703,329 and 99,879 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,162,444 ) , Tunisia ( 1,029,762 ), Libya ( 500,864 ), Egypt (495,373), Ethiopia ( 469,441 ), and Kenya ( 323,272 ).
