Africa: Covid-19 Vaccinations Climb Steadily Towards 270,000 Across Africa

As of March 27, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached  11,358,704 while over  268,645,655 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  251,539 and  9,517,949 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of  3,712,263 and  99,965 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (  1,162,923 ) , Tunisia (  1,033,731 ), Libya (  501,420 ), Egypt (  500,889  ), Ethiopia (  469,611 ), and Kenya (  323,365 ).
