Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,369 and 9,738,805 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,887,449 and 100,753 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,165,795 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,197 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 470,937 ), and Kenya ( 324,026 ).
