Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,443 and 9,752,509 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,899,841 and 100,812 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,165,984 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,197 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 471,040 ), and Kenya ( 324,071 ).
