Reported deaths in Africa reached 254,884 and 9,998,653 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,993,444 and 101,764 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,212,906 ) , Tunisia ( 1,052,180 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 502,138 ), Ethiopia ( 488,433 ), and Kenya ( 333,290 ).
