Cape Town – As of 11 November, the confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries have reached 1 904 786. The reported deaths in Africa reached 45 951 and the recovery 1 605 062.
South Africa has the most cases – 740,254 – with deaths of 19,951. Other countries most affected include Morocco (265,165), Egypt (109,654), Ethiopia (100,327), Tunisia (72,993) and Libya. (70 010) in.
