Nairobi — Simiyu Robinson Wanjala topped the 2020 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations.
Wanjala from Murang’a High School scored an impressive A grade of 87.334 points.
“I am surprised to hear that I am the top candidate in KCSE,” Wanjala told Citizen TV soon after his name was announced by Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha.
He was followed by Wasonga Allan of Agoro Sare High School who managed an A of 87.173 points.
