Tunis/Tunisia — 8,315 COVID-19 infections from 23,952 conducted tests (incidence rate of 34.72%) and further 126 fatalities had been reported on July 7, the Health Ministry said Thursday.
As such, the death count now stands at 15,861 and that of infections at 473,229.
Recoveries rose by 2,771, hitting 375,756.
403 patients were hospitalised in 24 hours, taking the current number of hospitalisations in public and private health facilities to 4,087, including 630 in intensive care units and 159 under ventilators.
