Tunis/Tunisia — Tunisia had logged 840 COVID-19 infections from 11,177 tests (7.52% positivity rate) on September 27, pushing the caseload to 706,314, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
Ten more fatalities were also reported, taking the death count o 24,842.
The number of recoveries also rose by 552, hitting 673,990.
25 new hospitalisations were reported on the same date in public and private health facilities, taking the total to 1,545, including 295 in ICUs and 87 on life support.
