Tunis/Tunisia — Out of the 135,211 text message invites sent on October 14, only 39,824 people honoured their jab appointments, the Health Ministry said.
The number of fully vaccinated people stands at 4,149,625 and is as follows: 3,250,388 got two shots, 390,073 got one shot as the J&J/Janssen vaccine requires a single dose and a further 509,164 had one jab as they had previously contracted the virus.
The ministry added that 8,620,009 jabs have been administered so far, including 5,369,621 first shots and 3,250,388 boosters.
The number of people registered on Evax.tn platform reached 6,526,661 on this date.
