Cape Town — As of November 10, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 8,539,045 while over 125,419,589 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 219,842 and 7,908,851 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 2,924,317 and 89,387 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 947,610 ), Tunisia ( 713,352 ), Ethiopia ( 367,647 ), Libya ( 362,318 ), Egypt ( 339,335 ) and Kenya ( 253,879 ).
