Reported deaths in Africa reached 250,551 and 10,417,806 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,690,291 and 99,681 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,161,925) , Tunisia ( 1,017,907 ), Libya ( 499,465 ), Egypt ( 493,658 ), Ethiopia ( 469,095 ), and Kenya ( 323,140 ).
