Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,088 and 9,709,681 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,844,625 and 100,533 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,165,283 ) , Tunisia ( 1,040,712 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 470,760 ), and Kenya ( 323,900 ).
