Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,220 and 9,720,622 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,862,165 and 100,609 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,165,455 ) , Tunisia ( 1,041,197 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 470,833 ), and Kenya ( 323,939 ).
