Reported deaths in Africa reached 253,726 and 9,820,754 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,935,761 and 101,002 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,166,916 ) , Tunisia ( 1,042,362 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 501,904 ), Ethiopia ( 471,527 ), and Kenya ( 324,349 ).
