Reported deaths in Africa reached 254,480 and 9,941,703 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,983,675 and 101,584 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,181,042 ) , Tunisia ( 1,044,426 ), Egypt ( 515,645 ), Libya ( 502,076 ), Ethiopia ( 482,032 ), and Kenya ( 328,319 ).
