We are delighted to introduce Philip de Leon, LL.M as the newest member of our team at Cybastion, where he will be serving as the Head of US Government Affairs.
Philip is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in policy, advocacy and business development, having successfully driven business results both domestically and internationally. His experience spans a diverse range of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, the U.S. federal government, law firms, non-profits, and trade associations. Most recently, Philip served as the CEO of the consultancy Trade Connections International.
Prior to that, he held multiple positions at AGCO Corporation, most recently as Director for Public Affairs & International Business Development. Philip gained valuable experience at the U.S. Department of Commerce where he ran an office assisting over 30,000 U.S. companies to export goods & services to emerging markets.
Philip holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in International Business Law from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a Master in Russian Language from the National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations (Inalco). With his extensive private & public sector experience and academic credentials, we are confident in Philip’s ability to make a significant contribution to our Government Affairs team.
We also are thrilled to introduce our new team member, Dr. Amadou Tall, who will be serving as our Director of Finance & Accounting.
Dr. Tall brings extensive industry experience and impressive financial skills from both the public and private sectors, having worked with large, complex businesses such as OPX, AllAfrica Global Media, and A.G. Hill & Associates-CPA, in Washington, and ANIDA & SATTAR BTP SA in Senegal.
With a doctorate degree in Business Administration and several master’s degrees in Financial Engineering, Audit & Control, and Economics, we are confident in Dr. Tall’s ability to contribute to our financial team and help drive Cybastion ‘s continued growth and success.
