FIFA Rankings – Harambee Stars Drop, South Sudan Win

Kenya dropped one place worldwide to 104th place in the latest Fifa rankings, which saw major changes after numerous matches around the world during the last international break.

After Harambee Stars won three points 2-1 against African champions Zambia in Nairobi in October, Harambee Stars lost ground due to a dismal performance against Minnows Comoros in the qualifying matches of the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) on 11 November and 15 November.

Djibouti (185th), Somalia (197) and Eritrea (205) are other countries of Cecafa on the 210 team list led by Belgium followed by world champions France, Copa America winners Brazil and England of Gareth Southgate in that order.

The Euro 2016 and Uefa Nations League winners, Portugal, also did not move from fifth place, just like the sixth place in Spain, which recently humiliated Germany 6-0.
